A BILL
To amend section 237 of the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide
for an exception related to protected speech activities.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Land of the Free Act of 2025''.
SEC. 2. EXCEPTION RELATED TO PROTECTED SPEECH ACTIVITIES.
Section 237(a)(4)(C) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8
U.S.C. 1227(a)(4)(C)) is repealed.
