A BILL
To nullify a final rule on train crew size safety requirements
published by the Federal Railroad Administration.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Train Crew Choice Act''.
SEC. 2. NULLIFICATION OF FINAL RULE ON TRAIN CREW SIZE SAFETY
REQUIREMENTS.
The final rule published in the Federal Register on April 9, 2024
by the Federal Railroad Administration titled ``Train Crew Size Safety
Requirements'' (89 Fed. Reg. 25052) shall have no force or effect.
