A BILL
To provide for continued operation of the Federal Aviation
Administration in the event of a lapse in appropriations.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. CONTINUED OPERATION OF FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION.
In the case of a lapse in appropriation for the Federal Aviation
Administration, there are appropriated such amounts as may be necessary
for the operation of such Administration for the lesser of--
(1) 30 days; or
(2) the duration of the lapse in appropriations.
