Mr. Guthrie introduced the following bill; which was referred to the
Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, and in addition to the
Committee on Financial Services, for a period to be subsequently
determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such
provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned

A BILL
To amend the Delta Development Act to add the Kentucky counties of
Hancock, Ohio, and Daviess to the Delta Regional Authority area, and
for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. DELTA REGIONAL AUTHORITY AREA.
Section 4(2)(C) of the Delta Development Act (42 U.S.C. 3121 note;
Public Law 100-460) is amended by striking ``and Union'' and inserting
``Union, Daviess, Hancock, and Ohio''.
