 To amend section 3634 of title 18, United States Code, to extend the 
                   period for First Step Act reports.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. FIRST STEP ACT REPORTS.

    Section 3634 of title 18, United States Code, is amended, in the 
matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking ``5 years'' and inserting 
``10 years''.
