A bill to amend title 28 of the United States Code to provide for the investigation and prosecution of disciplinary proceedings against members of the bar of the United States, and for other purposes.

Provides for the investigation and prosecution of disciplinary proceedings against members of the bar of the courts of the United States. Authorizes the appointment of special prosecutors for such purposes. (Amends 28 U.S.C. 533)
