A bill to amend title 37 of the United States Code in order to provide certain enlisted members and commissioned officers of the Armed Forces with transportation to and from the homes of their next of kin.

Provides that each enlisted member or commissioned officer of an armed force, who has received special pay while on active duty outside of the United States and is authorized a leave to return to his home or for rest and relaxation, shall be entitled to transportation from his duty station to the home of his spouse, or to the home of his parent or parents, and return transportation from such home to his new duty station.

Provides that such transportation shall be in addition to any other benefits to which an enlisted member or a commissioned officer is entitled.
