Public Safety and Criminal Justice and Correctional Personnel Benefits Act - Provides death benefits to survivors of public safety and law enforcement personnel, and public officials concerned with the administration of criminal justice and corrections, under the Omnibut Crime Control Safe Streets Act of 1968.
Provides for a government gratuity of $50,000 to be paid to such survivors. Sets forth an order of precedence for such payment.
