A bill to amend the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal Development Act so as to expand the boundaries of the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal National Historical Park to include certain lands within the areas from North Branch to Cumberland, Maryland.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior, under the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal Development Act, to revise the boundaries of the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal National Historical Park so as to include those properties along the line of the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal in the State of Maryland in the area between North Branch and Cumberland, Maryland.

Directs the Secretary to establish, maintain, and operate a visitors center for the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal National Historical Park at or near the western terminus of the canal.

Authorizes the appropriation of such sums as may be necessary to carry out this Act.
