A bill to provide for appropriate access by the Congress to information required in connection with proceedings relating to the impeachment of the President or the Vice President.

Provides for access by any committee of the House of Representatives assigned jurisdiction to conduct an impeachment investigation to any information or evidence, required in connection with proceedings relating to the impeachment of the President or the Vice President or any officer of the United States, including attorneys for the Government responsible for the conduct of proceedings against persons charged with offenses against the United States.
