Requires producers of petroleum, natural gas, and refined petroleum products to provide to the Federal Energy Administration all information requested regarding the location and volume of crude oil and natural gas reserves, the location and volume of refined petroleum products, and the existing and potential rates of production of refineries and oil and gas wells.
Authorizes the Comptroller General to audit and verify the accuracy of all such information.
Provides a fine of not less than $2500 and not more than $5000 for each violation of this Act.
