A bill to repeal the Emergency Daylight Saving Time Energy Conservation Act of 1973, and to provide for daylight saving time from March into November during each calendar year.

Eliminates daylight saving time under the Emergency Daylight Saving Time Energy Conservation Act of 1973.

Provides for daylight saving time, under the Uniform Time Act of 1966, from the third Sunday in March to the third Sunday in November. (Repeals P.L. 93-182; Amends 15 U.S.C. 260a(a))
