Directs the Secretary of Commerce to conduct a study to appraise the desirability, practicability, and cost of the adoption by the United States of a reformed calendar. Specifies the subject areas and factors to be analyzed in such study. Requires that a report on the study be submitted to Congress by June 30, 1975. Authorizes to be appropriated such sums, not to exceed $100,000, as may be necessary to carry out this Act.
