A bill to authorize the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration to conduct research and development programs to increase knowledge of tornadoes, hurricanes, large thunderstorms, and other types of short-term phenomena, and to develop methods for predicting, detecting, and monitoring atmospheric behavior.
