Marine Fisheries Conservation and Management Fund Act - Establishes a Marine Fisheries Conservation and Development Fund for the conservation, management, protection, and development of the marine fisheries of the United States.
Establishes an Advisory Committee to assist the Secretary of Commerce in the Administration of the Fund.
States that the Fund shall consist of fines derived from violations of the Federal fisheries laws and gross receipts collected pursuant to the customs laws related to fisheries.
