A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to increase to $3,000 the annual amount individuals are permitted to earn without suffering deductions from the insurance benefits payable to them under such title.

Revises the Social Security Act by increasing to $3,000 the annual amount individuals are permitted to earn without suffering deductions from the insurance benefits payable to them under the Federal Old-Age, Survivors' and Disability Insurance Program.
