A bill to amend section 5345 of title 5, United States Code, to provide that certain prevailing rate employees shall not be subject to a reduction in pay.

Provides that any prevailing rate Federal employee whose scheduled rate of pay is reduced pursuant to a wage survey is entitled to basic pay at the scheduled rate to which he was entitled immediately before the date on which such reduced scheduled rate of pay becomes effective. (Amends 5 U.S.C. 5345).
