A bill to provide that finding of permanent and total disability under title II or XVI of the Social Security Act, chapter 13 or 15 of title 38, United States Code, or the Railroad Retirement Act of 1937 will be considered as a finding of disability under any of such programs, and for other purposes.

Provides that a finding of permanent and total disability under: (1) title II (Federal Old-Age, Survivors' and Disability Insurance) or XVI (Grants to States for Aid to the Permanently Blind and Totally Disabled) of the Social Security Act; (2) specified provisions relating to veterans' benefits; or (3) the Railroad Retirement Act of 1937, will be considered as a finding of disability under any of such programs.
