Provides for the commemoration of the opening of the Cherokee Strip to homesteading, on September 16, 1893, by the marking of such sites in the States of Oklahoma and Kansas as the Secretary of the Interior deems advisable.
Authorizes such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
