A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide for the administrative and judicial review of claims (involving the amount of benefits payable) which arise under the supplementary medical insurance program.

Sets forth the minimum amount of benefits which must be in dispute, under the supplementary medical insurance program of title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act, before a hearing or judicial review may be granted a claimant in appeal of a decision of the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare.
