A bill to establish the Great Prairie Lakes National Recreation Area in the States of South Dakota, North Dakota, and Nebraska.

Establishes the Great Prarie Lakes National Recreation Area in the States of South Dakota, North Dakota and Nebraska. Directs the Secretary of the Army to administer, protect, and develop the Great Prarie Lakes National Recreation Area under such rules and regulations as he may deem necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.

Authorizes appropriations of such sums as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
