A bill to authorize the Judicial Conference of the United States to fix fees and cost in the U.S. district courts and for other purposes.

Provides that the fees and costs to be charged and collected in each United States district court shall be prescribed, from time to time, by the Judicial Conference of the United States. Provides that such fees and costs shall be reasonable and uniform in all the districts.
