A bill to obtain adequate information essential to the decisions of the Congress.

Requires the Joint Committee on Atomic Energy to make continuing studies of the development, use, and control of Atomic Energy.

Require the Atomic Energy Commission and the Department of Defense to keep the Committee fully informed of their activities with respect to the development and application of atomic energy.

States that through members of the Joint Committee who are members of each respective House of Congress, the Joint Committee, twice in each session of Congress, shall cause to be made to the House and Senate a report on the development, use, and control of atomic energy for the common defense and security and for peaceful purposes.
