Directs the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs, when a veteran who is not eligible for burial and funeral expenses dies, in his discretion, having due regard for the circumstances in each case, to pay a sum not to exceed $200 to such persons as he prescribes to cover the burial and funeral expenses of the deceased veteran and the expense of preparing the body and transporting it to the place of burial.
Provides that, upon the death of any veteran who is not eligible for plot or interment allowance and is not buried in a national cemetery or other cemetery under the jurisdiction of the United States, the Administrator, in his discretion, having due regard for the circumstances of each case, may pay a sum not to exceed $200 to such person as he prescribes.
