A bill to amend the Tariff Schedules of the United States in order to permit, under certain conditions, the importation of alcoholic beverages by returning residents who are age 18 but not age 21 or over.

Permits the importation of alcoholic beverages by returning residents who are age 18 but not age 21 or over, if possession and use of alcoholic beverages by the individual is lawful under the law of the State in which he resides. (Amends 19 U.S.C. 1202)
