A bill to provide for reimbursement of medical treatment facilities for emergency medical treatment of a life-preserving nature which is given to certain aliens unlawfully in the United States.

Provides for the reimbursement of medical treatment facilities for emergency medical treatment of a life-preserving nature, upon approval by the Attorney General and written authorization for treatment by the Immigration and Naturalization Service, which is given to aliens unlawfully in the United States.
