Emergency Middle Income Housing Act - Authorizes the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to make, and to contract to make, periodic assistance payments on behalf of families of middle income to assist such families in acquiring homeownership during periods of high interest rates.
Sets limits upon the assistance payments authorized under this Act.
Authorizes the appropriation of such sums as may be necessary to carry out this Act.
