A bill to amend title 38 of the United States Code to make certain that recipients of veterans' pension and compensation will not have the amount of such pension or compensation reduced because of increases in monthly social security benefits.

Provides that, in determining the annual income of any individual for veterans' pension and compensation purposes, the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs shall disregard any increase in benefits under title II of the Social Security Act (Old Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) brought about by Public Law 92-336 to which a veteran might be entitled, or any subsequent cost-of-living increase in such benefits occurring pursuant to the Social Security Act.
