A bill to improve the eastern approach in Rock Island, Ill., to the Centennial Bridge across the Mississippi River at Rock Island.

Provides for the reconstruction, enlargement, and extension of the eastern approach in Rock Island, Illinois, to the Centennial Bridge across the Mississippi River. Specifies that such project shall be commenced not later than December 1, 1974, and shall be completed before December 1, 1977.
