Authorizes the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to construct a five hundred-bed general medical, surgical, and psychiatric Veterans' Administration hospital in the Halifax area of Volusia County, Florida.
Authorizes appropriations of such sums as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
