A bill to amend the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, to amend the definition of "employee" to include certain agricultural employees, and to permit certain provisions in agreements between agricultural employers and employees.

Includes agricultural laborers within the definition of "employee" under the National Labor Relations Act. (Amends 29 U.S.C. 152(3))

Provides that it shall not be an unfair labor practice for an agricultural employer to make an agreement covering agricultural laborers with a labor organization of which such employees are members. (Amends 29 U.S.C. 158)
