A bill to amend the Social Security Act to provide that future increases in retirement or disability benefits under Federal programs shall not be taken into consideration in determining a person's need for aid or assistance under any of the Federal-State public assistance programs.

Provides that future increases, after June 1971, in retirement or disability benefits under Federal programs shall not be taken into consideration in determining a person's need for aid or assistance under any of the Federal-State public assistance programs under the Social Security Act.
