Prohibits justices of the Supreme Court and Federal judges from receiving compensation other than for the performance of their judicial duties. Requires the disclosure of financial information relating to a justices' or judge's assets and investments, together with a report of income derived from all sources. Provides that such disclosures and reports shall be submitted annually to the Judicial Conference of the United States. Makes failure to comply with the terms of this Act a high misdemeanor.
