A bill to prohibit discrimination against locally recruited personnel in the granting of overseas differentials and allowances, equalize the compensation of overseas teachers, and for other purposes.

Provides that locally recruited Federal employees be furnished Government living quarters, overseas differentials, and allowances. Provides that the compensation of overseas teachers in Government service shall be equal to that of United States teachers of a comparable level in larger urban school jurisdictions.
