Provides, under the Occupational Safety and Health Act, that the Secretary of Labor may visit the workplace of any small employer which has 250 or fewer employees for the purpose of affording consultation and advice for such employer on matters, specified in a request by the employer, affecting conditions, structures, machines, apparatus, devices, equipment, or materials in the workplace.
Authorizes to be appropriated the sum of $1,000,000 for fiscal year 1973, $1,500,000 for fiscal year 1974, and $1,500,000 for fiscal year 1975, for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act. (Amends 15 U.S.C. 636)
