A bill to amend the Surplus Property Act of 1944 to allow the Administrator of General Services to convey or dispose of to any State, political subdivision, municipality, or public district, without monetary consideration to the U.S. surplus real or personal property which is essential, suitable, or desirable for the development, improvement, operation, maintenance, or use of a public port.

Allows the Administrator of General Services to convey or dispose of, to any State, political subdivision, municipality, or public district, without monetary consideration to the United States, surplus real or personal property which is essential, suitable, or desirable for the development, improvement, operation, maintenance, or use of a public port.
