A bill relating to collective bargaining representation of postal employees.

Provides that postal employees may choose for collective bargaining agreements, their own representative in grievance and adverse actions. Provides that the official bargaining representative of the labor organization recognized by the majority of postal employees shall have the right to be present during these proceedings.
