A bill to establish fishing zones of the United States beyond its territorial seas, and for other purposes.

Establishes the fishing zone of the United States beyond its territorial seas to lines drawn following the 100 fathom depth contour except that such lines shall be at least 9 nautical miles from the nearest point of the inner boundary.
