Establishes a select committee in the House of Representatives to be composed of nine members of the House.
Authorizes the committee to conduct a full and complete investigation and study of food prices in the United States.
Sets forth the powers and duties of the committee. Directs the committee to report to the House as soon as practicable during the present Congress the results of its investigation and study, together with such recommendations as it deems advisable.
