Provides that petit juries in United States district courts shall consist of six jurors in civil cases at law, unless the parties shall stipulate to a lesser number. Requires the verdict of such jury to be unanimous, unless the parties stipulate otherwise. Provides that each party in such actions shall be entitled to two preemptory challenges. (Adds 28 U.S.C. 1875)
