A bill to amend title 23 of the United States Code to authorize the expenditure of Federal-aid highway funds on toll roads which are part of the interstate system and are made toll-free prior to a certain date.

Authorizes the expenditure of Federal-aid highway funds for the construction, reconstruction, or improvement of such roads to meet Interstate System standards on toll roads which are approved as part of the Interstate system on or before June 30, 1968, and are made toll-free to July 1, 1976.
