Directs the Secretary of the Interior to erect on public grounds in the District of Columbia owned by the United States a memorial in honor of those who served in the Armed Forces of the United States in the Vietnam war.
Authorizes to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
