Provides that any nomination submitted to Congress by the President under the twenty-fifty article of amendment to the Constitution, to fill a vacancy in the office of Vice President, shall be considered by the Senate and shall not be referred to any committee of the Senate.
Declares that the consideration of any such nomination shall be a privileged matter.
