Resolves that the Committee on Finance is authorized, from March 1, 1974, through February 28, 1975, to employ two additional professional staff members and two additional clerical assistants, to be paid from the contingent fund of the Senate at rates of compensation to be fixed by the chairman in accordance with the provisions of section 105(e) of the Legislative Branch Appropriation Act, 1958, as amended.
