Creates the Select Joint Committee on the Congressional Page School to determine whether it is necessary to have the Congressional Page School. Directs the joint committee to conduct a full investigation of the school, including: (1) its method of faculty selection; (2) its method of curriculum choice; (3) the adequacy of the location of the school; and (4) the availability of adequate housing for pages attending the school.
Provides that the total expenses of the joint committee shall not exceed $35,000 which shall be paid from the contingent fund of the House.
