A bill to amend title 18 of the United States Code to increase the penalties for certain criminal acts against the person of the President.

Imposes the death sentence for the murder or manslaughter of a President, or for a kidnapping of a President resulting in his death.

Provides that attempted murder or kidnapping of a President shall be punishable by life imprisonment.
