Requires that whoever uses or carries a firearm during the commission of a felony threatening life or property, for which such individual may be prosecuted in a Federal court, be sentenced to a term of imprisonment for not less than five nor more than 15 years. Requires in the case of a subsequent such conviction that the felon be sentenced to a term of imprisonment for not less than ten nor more than 30 years. (Amends 18 U.S.C. 924)
