A bill to amend title 10 of the United States Code to prohibit the exclusion, solely on the basis of sex, of women members of the Armed Forces from duty involving combat.

Directs the Secretaries of the Army, the Air Force, and the Navy, to prescribe duties to which women members of their departments may be assigned and the military authority women members may exercise.

Prohibits the Secretaries of the Army, the Navy, and the Air Force from excluding women from combat duty, solely on the basis of sex.
