A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to provide a 13-year delimiting period for the pursuit of educational programs by veterans; to entitle certain veterans to 45 months of educational assistance.

Increases from 36 to 45 months the period of entitlement for educational assistance for eligible veterans.

Increases from ten to 13 years the period during which veterans and wives and widows of veterans are eligible for educational assistance. (Amends 38 U.S.C. 1661, 1662)
