A bill to amend the Service Contract Act of 1965 to prohibit contractors from replacing certain employees participating in a strike.

Requires that every public contract entered into by any branch of the Armed Forces under the Service Contract Act shall contain a provision that the contractor must notify the head of the branch of the Armed Forces involved whenever a strike occurs involving employees who are engaged in carrying out such contract.

Directs the head of the Armed Forces involved to terminate any contract if he determines that the contractor has replaced, or attempted to replace, any employee participating in such a strike.
